◆ 재개발 20곳·재건축 10곳 선정...4개 구 전역 분포
경기 수원시는 '2024년 주택재개발·재건축정비사업' 후보지 30곳을 선정했다고 19일 밝혔다. 재개발 후보지는 장안구 연무동·송죽동·정자동·조원동·파장동 일대와 팔달구 지동·매교동·우만동 일대, 권선구 세류동·서둔동·호매실동 일대, 영통구 매탄동 일대 등 20곳이다. 재건축 후보지는 영통구 매탄동 일대와 장안구 정자동·조원동 일대, 권선구 권선동, 팔달구 우만동 일대 등 10곳이다.
◆ 정비구역 지정 기간 10년→2년 단축...2만5000호 공급 계획
시는 행정 주도 방식에서 주민 중심으로 전환한 '정비구역 주민제안 방식'을 도입했다. 기존 10년 이상 걸리던 신규 정비구역 지정 기간을 2년으로 줄여 사업 추진 기반을 마련했다. 내년부터 정비계획 수립과 구역 지정 절차에 착수해 약 2만5000호를 공급할 계획이다. 권리산정기준일은 2024년 9월25일, 건축허가 제한일은 올해 10월17일로 정해졌다.
◆ 11월6일 주민설명회 개최..."행정 지원 다각화"
시는 11월6일 오후 4시 수원벤처밸리Ⅱ에서 주민설명회를 열고 후속 절차와 정비계획 기본방향을 안내한다. 시 관계자는 "선정된 30개 후보지에서 사업이 원활하게 추진되도록 다각적으로 행정 지원을 하겠다"고 밝혔다.

The city plans to start establishing maintenance plans and zone designation procedures from next year to supply approximately 25,000 units. The rights calculation base date was set as September 25, 2024, and the building permit restriction date was set as October 17 this year.

The city will hold a resident briefing at Suwon Venture Valley II at 4 p.m. on November 6 to explain follow-up procedures and basic directions for maintenance plans. A city official said, "We will provide diverse administrative support so that projects at the 30 selected candidate sites can proceed smoothly."
