서울 지하철 노동조합이 1일 준법 투쟁을 시작한다. 30일 서울교통공사에 따르면 제1노조인 민주노총 산하 서울교통공사 노동조합은 1일부터 열차 운행과 작업 전반에서 안전 수칙을 철저히 준수하는 준법 투쟁을 시행한다.
승무원은 사복을 입고 근무하는 사복 투쟁을 시작한다. 승무원들은 규정을 준수하며 열차를 운행한다. 규정 준수 운행으로 열차 지연이 발생할 수 있다. 역무원들도 사복을 입고 근무한다.
지하철 보안관은 추가 근무 지시를 거부한다. 차량본부 직원은 2인 1조 업무 규정을 준수하고 1인 출동을 금지한다. 기술본부 직원은 특별 점검과 작업을 모두 거부한다. 휴게 시간 중 업무 지시도 거부할 방침이다.
제2노조인 서울교통공사 통합노조도 같은 날부터 사복 투쟁을 시작한다. 제3노조인 올바른노조는 아직 준법 투쟁을 예고하지 않았다.
3개 노조 모두 내달 12일 총파업을 예고했다. 노사 협상 쟁점은 인력 구조 조정, 신규 채용, 총액인건비제도 개편, 직업성 암 예방, 지하철 재정 위기 등이다.

Three unions announce general strike on January 12; train delays expected
Seoul subway labor unions will launch a work-to-rule campaign on January 1. According to Seoul Metro on December 30, the first union, Seoul Metro Labor Union under the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, will strictly follow all safety regulations for train operations and overall work starting January 1.

All three unions announced a general strike on January 12. Key issues in labor-management negotiations include workforce restructuring, new hiring, total labor cost system reform, occupational cancer prevention, and subway financial crisis.
