최태웅 감독 초청 특별 프로그램

인천광역시교육청(교육감 도성훈)은 13일 인천청람중학교에서 인천시교육청 홍보대사인 최태웅 배구 감독을 초청해 '체육교사 마스터(Master) 클럽 특별 프로그램'을 실시했다.

이번 프로그램은 체육교사의 배구 수업 전문성을 높이고, 학교스포츠클럽 학생 맞춤형 지도를 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.

전문 코치와 함께 실습형 지도

최태웅 감독과 배구 전문 코치가 함께 참여해 현장 중심의 실습형 지도로 진행했다.

인천시교육청은 초·중등 체육교사 역량 강화를 위해 배구·농구·축구·풋살·야구 등 9개 종목의 마스터 클럽을 운영 중이며, 현재 300여 명의 교사가 참여하고 있다.

전문 기술·전술 코칭 제공

이번 수업은 교사들이 배우고 싶었던 배구 기술과 궁금했던 내용을 중심으로 진행했다.

일반인이 접하기 어려운 전문적인 기술 및 전술 내용까지 직접 코칭을 받아 참여한 교사들에게 큰 호응을 얻었다.

교육청 "지속 지원 예정"

인천시교육청 관계자는 "이번 수업은 학교 현장의 배구 수업과 스포츠클럽 운영의 질을 높이기 위해 마련됐다"며 "앞으로도 체육교사들의 전문성 향상을 위해 지속해서 지원하겠다"고 말했다.

The Incheon Office of Education is operating Master Clubs for 9 sports including volleyball, basketball, soccer, futsal, and baseball to strengthen the capabilities of elementary and secondary PE teachers, with about 300 teachers currently participating.

Professional skills and tactics coaching provided

This class focused on volleyball techniques that teachers wanted to learn and contents they were curious about.

The class received great response from participating teachers by receiving direct coaching on professional skills and tactics that are difficult for the general public to access.

An official from the Incheon Office of Education said, "This class was prepared to improve the quality of volleyball classes and sports club operations at school sites," adding "We will continue to support the improvement of PE teachers' expertise."
