◆ 협의회 13회째 행사 개최

인천 서구는 지난 8일 지역아동센터 시설장과 종사자 90여 명을 참석시켜 '제13회 서지협인(서구지역아동센터협의회)의 날' 행사를 개최했다. 강범석 구청장은 축사에서 "올해도 많은 아이들이 지역아동센터에서 배우고 가능성을 발견했다"라며 "종사자들의 열정에 감사를 드린다"라고 말했다.

◆ 모범 종사자·아동 표창

행사는 30개 센터의 시설장과 종사자 중 우수자를 표창하는 순서로 진행됐다. 성실하고 밝은 태도로 또래 아동들의 모범이 된 아동들도 함께 인정받았다. 김신일 협의회장은 "지난해 30개 센터의 시설장과 종사자들이 소통과 협력으로 센터를 운영해왔다"라고 설명했다.

◆ 아동복지 향상 목표

협의회는 내년 새로운 임원진으로 구성되어 지역 아동복지 향상에 나선다. 김신일 협의회장은 "앞으로도 아동 복지 향상과 지역아동센터 발전을 위해 노력하겠다"라고 전했다. 인천 서구는 지역아동센터를 "한 해를 되돌아보고 아동 중심의 돌봄 환경 조성을 위한 노력의 일환"으로 평가했다.

◆ Association Holds 13th Annual Event

Incheon Seo-gu held the '13th Seo-gu Community Child Care Center Association Day' on December 8th with approximately 90 facility managers and staff members in attendance. County Chief Kang Beom-seok said in his congratulatory address, "This year, many children learned and discovered their potential at community child care centers. I extend my deep gratitude to the staff members for their passion."

◆ Award Ceremony for Outstanding Workers and Children

The event proceeded with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding facility managers and staff from the 30 centers. Children who demonstrated sincere and bright attitudes, becoming role models for their peers, also received recognition. Association Chair Kim Shin-il explained, "Over the past year, facility managers and staff from 30 centers have operated the centers through communication and cooperation."

◆ Focus on Child Welfare Improvement

The association will be reorganized with new officers next year to advance child welfare in the region. Association Chair Kim Shin-il stated, "We will continue to work toward improving child welfare and developing community child care centers." Incheon Seo-gu positioned the community child care centers as "part of efforts to reflect on the year and create a child-centered care environment."
