◆ 군포시 중앙도서관은 2025년 12월 2일 작은도서관 운영자 31명을 대상으로 역량강화 교육을 실시했다. 이 교육은 디지털 환경 변화에 대응하고 운영자의 행정·홍보 실무를 강화해 도서관 서비스 품질 향상을 목표로 마련됐다.
◆ 교육은 총 3강으로 구성됐다. △'ChatGPT를 활용한 보조사업 실적보고서 작성법' △'ChatGPT로 홍보문 제작' △'보조사업 정산 교육'. 특히 ChatGPT 활용 실습과 정산 절차 교육을 통해 운영자들이 현장에서 즉시 적용할 수 있는 실무 중심으로 진행됐다.
◆ 군포시 윤주헌 중앙도서관장은 "작은도서관이 지역 독서문화 거점으로 역할 하도록 맞춤형 교육을 확대 운영하겠다"며 "독서문화 프로그램 기획과 보조금 관리 심화 과정 등 단계별 교육을 지속 추진할 계획"이라고 말했다.

◆ Gunpo Central Library conducted capacity building education for 31 small library operators on December 2, 2025. The education program was designed to respond to digital environmental changes and strengthen operators' administrative and promotional competencies, aiming to improve library service quality.
◆ The education comprised three sessions: △'How to write subsidy project performance reports using ChatGPT' △'Creating promotional materials with ChatGPT' △'Subsidy project accounting education.' The program was operated as practical, hands-on training enabling operators to immediately apply their learning at their respective libraries through ChatGPT practice and accounting procedure instruction.
◆ Yoon Joo-heon, director of Gunpo Central Library, stated, "We will expand customized education to help small libraries fulfill their role as community reading culture hubs," adding, "We plan to continuously implement step-by-step education including reading culture program planning and advanced subsidy management courses to strengthen operational expertise."
