◆ 정당·후보자 선전활동 금지

정당, 후보자, 입후보예정자가 설립·운영하는 기관·단체·조직은 선거구 주민 대상 선거 영향 행위를 할 수 없다. 정당과 후보자 등도 기관·단체 설립이나 활동을 알리는 선전 활동을 금지한다. 선관위는 사전 안내에도 위법행위 발생 시 디지털포렌식과 디지털인증서비스(DAS) 등 과학적 조사 기법을 활용해 엄중히 조치할 방침이다. 선거법 문의와 위법행위 신고는 ☎1390으로 가능하다.

The NEC explained through a press release that it will inform local governments, political parties, and prospective candidates about restricted and prohibited activities and major violation cases, and will strengthen prevention and enforcement activities.

◆ Restrictions on Promotional Activities by Local Government Heads and Superintendents

Local government heads and superintendents of education cannot publish, distribute, or broadcast promotional materials about business plans, implementation results, and local government activities. Attendance at cultural lectures hosted by community centers is also prohibited. Attendance at events hosted by non-public organizations during working hours is not allowed.

◆ Prohibition of Promotional Activities by Parties and Candidates

Organizations, groups, and institutions established and operated by political parties, candidates, and prospective candidates cannot engage in activities that influence elections targeting constituents. Political parties and candidates are also prohibited from promotional activities announcing the establishment or activities of organizations and groups. The NEC announced that if violations occur despite prior guidance, it will take strict action using scientific investigation techniques such as digital forensics and Digital Authentication Service (DAS).
