◆ 특강 개요

군포시 비정규직 노동자 지원센터는 12월 1일 군포시 흥진고등학교에서 '사회초년생을 위한 노동법 특강'을 실시했다. 이번 특강은 졸업 예정 학생들을 대상으로 진행됐다. 센터는 노동의 사회적 가치, 직업윤리 의식, 기초 노동법 지식을 전달해 청소년 노동권리 역량을 강화하고자 이 프로그램을 마련했다.

◆ 향후 계획

비정규직 노동자 지원센터는 그동안 사업주, 인사담당자, 청소·경비 노동자 등을 대상으로 맞춤형 노동법 교육을 진행해왔다. 센터는 향후 한세대학교와 개별 기업을 대상으로 노동법 교육을 지속 추진할 계획이다.

연선희 군포시 기업정책과장은 "이번 노동법 특강은 청소년들이 노동의 가치와 노동법을 올바르게 인식하는 뜻깊은 자리였다"며 "앞으로도 사회초년생 대상 노동법 교육을 확대해 안전한 노동환경 조성에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

The Gunpo City Non-Regular Worker Support Center held a 'Labor Law Lecture for Young Workers' at Heungjin High School in Gunpo City on December 1. The lecture targeted students preparing to graduate. The center organized this program to strengthen youth labor rights capabilities by delivering knowledge on the social value of labor, work ethics, and basic labor law.

◆ Lecture Content

The lecture operated in a student participation format. Students had time to assess actual labor issues they may face during employment and part-time work. The center educated students on safe job-seeking standards through 'dangerous job posting' case studies. The center also provided core labor law knowledge and response strategies applicable immediately in the field.

◆ Future Plans

The Non-Regular Worker Support Center has conducted customized labor law education for business owners, HR managers, and cleaning and security workers. The center plans to continue labor law education for Hansei University and individual companies in the future.

Yeon Seon-hee, head of the Corporate Policy Division of Gunpo City, said, "This labor law lecture was a meaningful occasion for young people to properly recognize the value of labor and labor law."
