당정동 공업지역을 산업혁신구역으로 조성한다. AI 데이터센터와 바이오 기업 유치, 웨어러블 로봇 실증센터 구축을 통해 군포를 첨단산업 도시로 성장시키고 도시의 자족기능을 강화한다. 2026년 예산에서 사회복지 분야에 4,236억 원, 도시교통 분야에 867억 원, 환경 분야에 388억 원, 문화체육·관광 분야에 361억 원을 배정했다.

경기도 복지예산 전액 삭감에 대응해 시비로 전액 확보한다. 의료·요양·돌봄이 통합된 지원체계를 구축해 고령층, 장애인, 1인 가구의 삶의 질 향상에 중점을 둔다. 언제나 어린이집과 AI 안부돌봄 사업을 새롭게 추진한다. 스마트 시스템 활용 도시 안전망 강화, 청년 지원 사업 확대, 궁내동 문화거리 정비, 시민체육광장 운동장 트랙 재정비, 산책로 확충과 녹지공간 확충 등을 진행한다.

Mayor Ha stated, "The seeds to change Gunpo's future are already firmly rooted, and now is the time to strengthen the roots of change with the spirit of 'gungojiyeong,' nurturing the fruits of transformation," adding "listening to citizens' voices, we will do our utmost to make our city valuable and our citizens happy until the very end."
