◆노사민정 본협의회 개최
인천시는 14일 시청 본관 나눔회의실에서 '2025년 노사민정 본협의회'를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 협의회는 지역 특성을 반영한 협력과 상생의 노사관계 발전, 지역 경제 활성화 방안을 논의하는 위원회다.
유정복 시장을 비롯해 한국노총인천지역본부 의장, 인천경영자총협회 회장, 중부지방고용노동청장 등 주요 위원들이 참석했다. 회의는 위원 재위촉 및 신규위원 위촉식으로 시작했다. 이어 노사민정 대타협 공동선언과 노사상생을 위한 주요 안건 논의가 진행됐다.
◆상생협력 사업 및 우수기업 선정
인천시는 노사민정 상생협력 지원사업, 2025년 노사 상생문화 구축 실천 우수기업 선정, 노동 존중 생태기반 마련 핵심 사업 등을 보고했다. 시는 올해 실적과 2026년도 계획을 공유했다.
인천시는 심의를 거쳐 제35회 인천시 산업평화대상 수상자를 선정했다. 수상자는 기업 2곳, 노동조합 2곳, 근로자 4명, 사용자 4명이다. 인천시는 수상자들을 격려했다.
◆디지털 전환 시대 공동선언
참석자들은 '디지털 전환과 산업혁신 시대, 포용적 노동전환'을 목표로 하는 노사민정 공동선언문을 낭독했다. 이들은 협력적 노사 관계 구축 의지를 다졌다.
유정복 시장은 "노사민정 협의회는 노동자, 사용자, 민간, 정부가 서로를 존중하고 협력하는 중요한 소통의 장"이라고 말했다. 유 시장은 "노동자의 권익 보호와 지역경제의 지속 가능성을 함께 실현해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆Labor-Management-Civic-Government Main Council Held
Incheon City announced on the 14th that it held the '2025 Labor-Management-Civic-Government Main Council' at the Sharing Conference Room of City Hall main building. Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok, chairman of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions Incheon Regional Headquarters, chairman of the Incheon Employers' Association, and head of the Jungbu Regional Employment and Labor Office attended as key members. The meeting began with reappointment and new appointment ceremonies for members. This was followed by a joint declaration of grand labor-management-civic-government compromise and discussion of key agendas for labor-management cooperation.
◆Mutual Cooperation Projects and Excellent Company Selection
Incheon City reported on labor-management-civic-government mutual cooperation support projects, selection of excellent companies practicing labor-management cooperation culture building in 2025, and core projects for establishing a labor-respecting ecological foundation. The city shared this year's results and 2026 plans.
Incheon City selected recipients of the 35th Incheon City Industrial Peace Award through deliberation. Recipients are 2 companies, 2 labor unions, 4 workers, and 4 employers. Incheon City encouraged the recipients.
◆Joint Declaration for Digital Transformation Era
Participants read aloud a labor-management-civic-government joint declaration aimed at 'inclusive labor transition in the era of digital transformation and industrial innovation'. They strengthened their will to build cooperative labor-management relations.
Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok said "The labor-management-civic-government council is an important communication platform where workers, employers, civilians, and government respect and cooperate with each other." Mayor Yoo stated "We will realize together the protection of workers' rights and the sustainability of the local economy."
